Bram Doolaege

Bram Doolaege

Bram brings his experience as a thought leader in the field of change management, communication and leadership, as well as significant research in evidenced based management to the StreetwiZe team. Not to mention a great sense of humor.

Bram is currently a lecturer in the fields of change management, communication and leadership at the University of Gent. He combines this with work as a management consultant, with clients such as the VRT, Ikea and Microsoft.  Bram played a key role in the founding of StreetwiZe and the development of the StreetwiZe product portfolio.

Bart Van Bambost

Bart Van Bambost

As a Managing Partner International of StreetwiZe, Bart brings extensive international HR experience to the StreetwiZe team.

As former Sr. HR Director for Nike Retail Europe and Danone group (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Latin America) Bart developed broad international experience in working with people across the globe. As an entrepreneur he co-founded, developed and successfully sold his training & consultancy firm with activities in Europe & Middle East.

Bart is known as a strategy builder and a pragmatic leader, keen on achieving business results with people. He has spoken at several international conferences and is passionate about Impact Leadership, Start-ups, Employee Engagement and Social Entrepreneurship.

Arnoud Raskin

Arnoud Raskin

Arnoud Raskin is the co-founder of Mobile School and StreetwiZe. He is an internationally recognized social entrepreneur, Ashoka Fellow, and author of the book ‘StreetwiZe: What managers can learn from street kids”.

Arnoud has led Mobile School to become a global organization with over 30 mobile schools in over 20 countries. Mobile School has over 50,000 contacts with street youth annually. Arnoud has led StreetwiZe to become a top provider of talent development and leadership training to corporate clients, making co-creation possible that focuses on the needs of the company as well as having positive impact on street kids around the world. StreetwiZe realized 30% growth in 2014 and covers 75% of the budget of the Mobile School Group.

Veerle Pappaert

Veerle Pappaert

Veerle brings 20 years of international experience as trainer, coach and change consultant to the StreetwiZe team.

Veerle co-founded and led Minds in Motion, a European training & development company. She has delivered high level projects for companies such as Sanoma Magazines, Coca Cola, Microsoft, Nawras (Oman), Batelco (Bahrain), Exxon Mobile, VF Europe, VRT and Vlerick Business School.

Veerle is known for her entrepreneurial spirit, strong communications skills in cross cultural settings and smooth way of connecting with different stakeholders on all levels. The common thread in her work is: Communication , Change, Personal Development , Coaching and New Ways of Working.

Thomas Geusens

Thomas Geusens

Thomas brings his experience in HR, training and a focus on creativity and innovation to the StreetwiZe team.

Thomas Geusens has played an active role in Mobile School since 2004. Prior to becoming a StreetwiZe Partner, Thomas used his background in Educational Sciences to design educational material for the mobile school, with a particular focus on Africa, including field work in the DR Congo and Ethiopia. Thomas has past experience working with Randstand and KENAZ.

Thomas has managed programs with clients such as USG People, ING Belgium, KBC, Colruyt, Unizo, Nike Europe, Elia Group and the KULeuven, among others.

Bart Vanbellinghen

Bart Vanbellinghen

Bart brings a solid combination of business, HR and Learning & Development experience. At IBM he was active in their international EMEA learning organisation  and the Belgian sales organisation. He later joined the Vlerick Business School as senior L&D consultant, co-creating impactful executive development programmes. Before joining the StreetwiZe team, he worked as Sr. HR Business Partner at Sanoma Media Belgium, supporting a major company-wide transformation effort.

Bart has facilitation experience in a broad range of topics and strives for impact, based on his genuine interest in both people and business.

Dorien De Vidts

Dorien De Vidts

Dorien brings her HR background and extensive training experience to the StreetwiZe team. 

As a student, Dorien combined her master degree in Human Resources with working for AIESEC, the largest student organization in the world. As a facilitator and coach of international conferences, Dorien has expertise in developing the talents of people from various cultural backgrounds. Since 2008 she has been developing and facilitating workshops and programs for European and multinational companies in the field of communication, leadership and wellbeing.

Hans Lamberts

Hans Lamberts

Hans brings a solid combination of Business and Learning & Development experience. At Elia, where Hans spent 6 years and as such the biggest part of his professional career, he took the opportunity to evolve from a technical position in investment planning, towards an HR-role, responsible for the design and the realization of a learning organization. Inspired by the power of entrepreneurship and self-esteem in different contexts and on different levels, he considers his StreetwiZe work as the perfect leverage to support personal and organizational growth in a variety of situations.
